Solution
We conducted most of the search for the client whilst they were abroad and had limited time to present the very best opportunities whilst they visisted London. We identified a three bedroom, three bathroom, top-floor apartment, with lift - perfect for family use, in a prestigeous address with a motivated seller. The apartment was in need of a cosmetic update, which the AWS team undertook and delivered stress-free and on budget.
